By downloading or using Plasm Torrent Client ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use immediately.

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

3. Acceptable Use

Plasm is a neutral tool for data transfer. You agree to use it ONLY for legal purposes, such as downloading:

Open-source software (Linux distros, etc.)
Public domain materials
Content you have explicit permission to distribute

You strictly agree NOT to use the App for copyright infringement or distributing illegal content.

4. Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties. The developers:

Do not monitor or control the content transferred via the App.
Are not liable for data loss, device issues, or legal actions resulting from your use.
Disclaim all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Third-Party Components

The App incorporates:

Open Source Torrent Engine: For core P2P functionality.
Google AdMob: For advertising (subject to Google's terms).

6. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue the App or terminate access at any time without notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all local laws regarding online conduct and data transmission.

By using Plasm, you acknowledge you have read and agreed to these Terms.
